Day 3 we move to the center of our core, our Na`au, the home of our piko. We also refer to this anatomical region of our body as our opu. Our Na`au is wht connects us to the present, and to the seen and unseen realms. The Na`au is the seat of wisdom and intuition and the place where feelings and emotions are stored. We will be going over kidney-pu`upa`a, liver-ake, and the stomach/intestines-opu. Keiki are welcome.

Pass a new, yellow house on the right, some ulu trees on the right, and then a mango tree and parking signs. Our staff will be there to ensure you at the correct lot.

Volunteer work mainly consists of lifting heavy (25+) rocks and replacing them on the fishpond’s wall. Keiki are welcome, but please bring someone to supervise them if they are young.

Come learn about Ali`i & Kalokoeli Fishponds while helping with restoration. Involvement may include a variety of different activities including mangrove and limu removal, debarking mangrove for hale building, exploring mauka lands, kupuna sharing, etc. The work concludes with deep sharing and an `Ai Pono lunch by Uncle Herbert.
