Hoʻoulu Kaiāulu PKS & Kipona Program

Community Service Programs and Workshops

Keiki O Ka Aina offers opportunities for families receiving scholarships from Kamehameha Schools to fulfill their requirements through the Ho’oulu Kaiaulu PKS & Kipona Program. Funded by Kamehameha Schools, KOKA’s workshops are mostly culturally based including but not limited to our popular Kalo Series to Lomi lomi, Niu Weaving, Poi Pounding, Polynesian Voyaging classes, and much more! Our intent is to perpetuate the Hawaiian culture by providing culturally enriching classes/workshop that the entire family can enjoy. Scholarship recipients may also receive community service hours through our Malama Aina, Lo`i, or Hale Building opportunities as well as our large community events such as the Pumpkin Carving Event and The Laulima Giving Program.
